I have been MIA for almost a year! How is that possible? A lot has happened in the year that knocked the wind out of my sails.
My son graduated, landed a full time job, and got his learners. Seeing the young man that he has grown in to is one of my greatest joys.
I was dealing, still dealing with, health issues. I have become very proactive in my health as I have a family doctor who has constantly fallen short. So I go through an online doctor group and have been getting much better service. The one thing I can advise everyone to do, be an advocate for your health. Whether physical, emotional or internal. ADVOCATE. We only have this one life and well we really need to take care of it.
In September, my mother passed, this was not expected. This sent me in a bit of downward spiral that I am now seeing light again. To loose one of the most important people in your life, who knew every aspect of you, is devastating.
October I gave noticed that at the end of 2022 I would no longer be working at my full time job. I needed to start doing more things that align with who I am so this was the first step in doing that. I have to say that I find it so much easier now to breathe and guide my energy back to its highest vibrations.
Christmas came with a flurry of activity touched with sadness as this was the first, and her favorite, without my mom. It was still filled with so much love and family.
On January 24th we welcomed my 2nd granddaughter in to the world. I have to say that having my own children was the most amazing human experience. But, having grandchildren supersedes this. Seeing these perfect little girls and how they are growing warms and fills my heart.
This past week I had to say goodbye to me dog Barkley, my boy and my cat Finn. To say this week was an emotional rollercoaster would be an understatement. So that was my year in a nutshell. I am still standing and am stronger than ever.
What is on the horizon for me? Well, I am working towards my Aroma Touch Therapy Certification. This will add a new service here at TY's Internal Wellness. Aroma Therapy is a wonderful add and seems fitting for my business.
I am redoing my in person space so that only a radio and diffuser will be the only electronics allowed in the room. I am moving my home office upstairs in to a spare room. I want to create a space that truly is a place of healing and by removing the electronics, will create that.
I am going to attempt to blog on my website at least monthly, so that I can connect to people and hopefully in turn help.
Always keep in mind that all services are offered distantly as well, so for those that live further away or would prefer to be in their own homes, you can still having a healing session.
